Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a larger gathering, our private dining rooms offer an inviting atmosphere, exceptional service, and a menu crafted with care. Group dining is required for all dinner reservations of 11 or more guests. Group dining menus start at $70.00 per person plus tax and 20% service fee. There is no additional room fee for guests using group dining menus. We offer three private dining rooms, each providing a distinctive setting for your gathering.

The Boardroom is an intimate space featuring a wood burning fireplace, private balcony, and one large round table • Reservable at $500 for 4 hours for al a carte dining

Seats up to 20 guests
Take in the surrounding views and historic charm of RT Lodge in the Mezzanine • This space features two round tables with a capacity of 6 guests each and a farmhouse table with a capacity of 8 guests

The Back Dining Room
Seats up to 42 guests
This dining space features picturesque garden views and a cozy fireplace • Customize your occasion with flexible floorplans and table options ranging in capacity from 6 to 10 guests
THE RUBY ROOM
Private living room for up to 25 guests featuring leather club chairs and fireplace, ideal for an exclusive cocktail hour to enhance your dinner experience at the Lodge
Reservable at $250 per hour from 3-9pm Monday-Saturday
Dining & Event Policies
Outside music and amplification are not permitted in private dining rooms.
Decorations must be approved in advance. Glitter and confetti are not allowed.
Besides special occasion cakes, RT Lodge goes not allow outside food and beverage.
Corkage fee $25 per bottle
Cakeage fee $5 per person
