Should you need to revise or cancel your reservation, please contact RT Lodge at (865) 981-9800 or rtlodge@rtlodge.com at least 45 days before your arrival and/or dining date to avoid any cancellation fees or penalties. Hotel cancellations made within 45 days of the arrival date are subject to fees equal to the first night's room rate + tax. Thanksgiving dinner cancellations made within 45 days of Thursday, November 27, 2025 are subject to fees equal to $30 per person + tax.
